Dragon’s custom Chinese BBQ display case series are fabricated and manufactured at our facility, built in-house, to ensure quality, and can be configurated as per our customer's requirements.  It can be used for displaying various meats, such as chicken, duck, pork, etc. There are various configurations and models available as shown below.  It is mainly constructed out of food-grade stainless steel, which is acceptable for use in commercial food establishments, kitchens, restaurants, etc.  Each display case features a solid tempered glass exterior (three sides), which allows the customers to view the meats on the inside display rack, and a sliding back door. At the bottom, there is space for the operator to place chopped meats in different sections using divider pans (can be purchased locally).

Along the inside top of the display case, there is an infrared strip heater. There are also lightbulb socket holders (lightbulbs can be purchased locally). Additional accessories (e.g., divider pans) are not included, and can be purchased locally as well.

When ordering, please specify the desired overall length and/or the number of divider pans required (e.g., 3, 4, 5).

Below are examples of the BBQ display cases we have built for our customers.  Every customer's needs are different, our sales team will work with you and your chef to ensure that the BBQ display case is suitable for its purpose. As we specialize in display case station fabrication, the installation of this station at your site will be carried out by your local certified plumber, and electrician.
