Dragon’s custom stainless cold food table series are fabricated and manufactured at our facility, built in-house, to ensure quality, and can be configurated as per customer's requirements.  It can be used for displaying and/or holding foods cold. It is mainly constructed out of food-grade stainless steel 304, which is acceptable for use in commercial food establishments, kitchens, restaurants, etc.  Each cold food table consists of rectangular sections, which can accommodate a certain number of divider pans/wells (for food). The cold food tables can be used in buffet establishments, self-serve (restaurant customer) and/or full-serve (by chef/server to restaurant customer). Depending on the kitchen’s requirement, an additional tempered glass sneeze guard may be added, either partially or fully enclosed (with server side open).

When ordering, please specify the desired overall length and/or the number of divider pans/wells to be used (divider pans can be purchased locally). In addition, please specify whether it is a self-serve or full-serve table. Please also indicate the glass placement requirement (where applicable). Refer to examples to follow.

Below are examples of the stainless cold food table we have built for our customers.  Every customer's needs are different, our sales team will work with you and/or your chef to ensure that the stainless cold food table is suitable for its purpose. As we specialize in food table fabrication, the installation of this cold food table at your site will be carried out by your local technician.
